Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crème fraîche ((or sour cream))
  • 4 tbsp chili sauce ((or sour cream))
  • 1 shallots (finely choppedshallots)
  • 1 red bell pepper ((or sour cream))
  • 4 tbsp dill pickles ((or sour cream))
  • 1 tsp Tabasco Pepper Sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors develop. Skip (or reduce) the tabasco if you're using a hot chili sauce.
  3. You can also use sugar-free ketchup or tomato paste if you want a milder sauce.
