Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cauliflower (small
  • 1 whole jalapeno chilies ((small, chopped))
  • 1/4 cup red pepper ((small, chopped))
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Place minced meat and cauliflower into a bowl. Add in herbs and spices then mix together. Stir in onions, red peppers and jalapenos. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish. Top with the leftover cheese. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Enjoy with the sour cream!
