Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese ((shredded))
  • 1 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 jalapeno chilies ((shredded))
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese ((shredded))
  • 4 slice bacon ((shredded))

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.In a small bowl, add cream cheese and mozzarella.
  2. Microwave on high for 20 seconds at a time until melted.Add remaining ingredients to the melted cheese.Mix as well as you can.
  3. It does get a tad bit odd here, because mozzarella turns to a big glob when melted.
  4. It is ok, it will work together.Grease 10" skillet, spread dough out evenly.
  5. Stick with fork to prevent air bubbles.Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Top with cheese, bacon and jalapenos.
  7. Continue for another 10 minutes or until crust is golden and set.
