Ingredients

  • 14 1/2 oz canned salmon
  • 1/2 onions (minced`)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 avocado (diced small)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  2. Combine the salmon, minced onion, almond flour, eggs, salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl.
  3. 2.
  4. Mix in the avocado and form into 6 patties.
  5. 3.
  6. Melt the butter in a large skillet, and brown the patties about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. 4.
  8. Drain on a paper towel and serve.
