Ingredients
- 14 1/2 oz canned salmon
- 1/2 onions (minced`)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 avocado (diced small)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions

- Combine the salmon, minced onion, almond flour, eggs, salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl.
- 2.
- Mix in the avocado and form into 6 patties.
- 3.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet, and brown the patties about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 4.
- Drain on a paper towel and serve.
