Ingredients
- 450 g meat ((boneless chicken leg))
- 30 g cheddar cheese
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg ((boneless chicken leg))
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp ghee ((boneless chicken leg))
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into kebab size pieces Marinate with all the spices, ginger garlic paste, cheese and cream Skewer the chicken Pan fry till done Enjoy
