Ingredients

  • 450 g meat ((boneless chicken leg))
  • 30 g cheddar cheese
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg ((boneless chicken leg))
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp ghee ((boneless chicken leg))

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into kebab size pieces Marinate with all the spices, ginger garlic paste, cheese and cream Skewer the chicken Pan fry till done Enjoy
