Keto Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cup coffee ((strong and freshly brewed))
  • 1 cup coconut milk ((strong and freshly brewed))
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice ((strong and freshly brewed))
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 15 drop liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Heat pumpkin, milk, butter, and spices over medium-low heat.
  2. Once bubbling, add 2 cups of strong coffee and mix together (I use a Keurig Machine to do this). Take off of the stove, add cream and stevia, then use an immersion blender to mix together. Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
