Keto Low Carb Donuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 8 tablespoons coconut flakes (Unsweet)
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl (make sure coconut oil is melted) Mix until completely blended Pour dough into mini bundt cake pan (or donut pan) Bake for 20 minutes (check with toothpick)
