Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 chicken breasts (cut into 1" pieces)
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 carrots (thinly sliced)
- 4 green onions (cut into 1" pieces)
- 8 ounces sugar pea
- 4 tablespoons braggs liquid aminos (cut into 1" pieces)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 teaspoons ginger (cut into 1" pieces)
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce (cut into 1" pieces)

Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown.
- you may need to cook in smaller batches depending on the size of your skillet.
- While chicken is cooking, mix together the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Once all chicken is cooked and golden, add veggies and peanuts.
- Add the sauce and mix until chicken is well-coated.
- Cook for a minute or two until vegetables become just slightly tender.
- Add chili sauce if desired.
- Serve over a bed of cauliflower rice or lettuce wrap style
