Keto Jerk Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 piece fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himal (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large Ziploc bag or storage container with a lid
  • 2 Refrigerate mixture for at least 6 hours, stirring several times during this time
  • 3 Take chicken from refrigerator and remove thighs from marinade; discard marinade
  • 4 Place thighs into a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through
  • 5 Optional and for an added taste element, grill the chicken thighs until cooked through and slightly charred
  • 6 Remove from heat source, serve, and devour!
