Keto Jerk Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 piece fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon Himal (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large Ziploc bag or storage container with a lid
- 2 Refrigerate mixture for at least 6 hours, stirring several times during this time
- 3 Take chicken from refrigerator and remove thighs from marinade; discard marinade
- 4 Place thighs into a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through
- 5 Optional and for an added taste element, grill the chicken thighs until cooked through and slightly charred
- 6 Remove from heat source, serve, and devour!
