Keto Jerk Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 clove garlic ((minced))
  • 1/2 piece fresh ginger ((minced))
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Himal ((minced))
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large Ziploc bag or storage container with a lid
  2. 2 Refrigerate mixture for at least 6 hours, stirring several times during this time
  3. 3 Take chicken from refrigerator and remove thighs from marinade; discard marinade
  4. 4 Place thighs into a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through
  5. 5 Optional and for an added taste element, grill the chicken thighs until cooked through and slightly charred
  6. 6 Remove from heat source, serve, and devour!
