Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 turnips (medium)
  • 1 bunch kale ((medium, diced))
  • 1 onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper ((medium, diced))
  • 4 kielbasa (cooked)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Add in the diced turnips and all spices.
  4. Cook 5-8 minutes until tender and starting to brown.

  6. Add in the onions and peppers and saute 2-3 minutes until beginning to soften.

  8. Add the sliced sausage to the pan and cook 3-4 minutes.
  9. Add in the chopped kale and allow it to cook down, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Serve.
