Keto Hash with Kielbasa

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 turnips (medium
- 1 bunch kale (medium, diced)
- 1 onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (medium, diced)
- 4 kielbasa (cooked)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- 1.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add in the diced turnips and all spices.
- Cook 5-8 minutes until tender and starting to brown.

- Add in the onions and peppers and saute 2-3 minutes until beginning to soften.
- 3.
- Add the sliced sausage to the pan and cook 3-4 minutes.
- Add in the chopped kale and allow it to cook down, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve.
