Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup water ((or unsweetened almond milk))
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp alcohol ((or unsweetened almond milk))
  • 1 scoop shelled hemp
  • 70 protein powder
  • 35 g avocado ((or unsweetened almond milk))
  • 50 g baby spinach ((or unsweetened almond milk))
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the jug of your high-powered blender in the order they’re listed in the recipe.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
