Ingredients

  • 20 oz guacamole
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz mayonnaise
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 10 oz cheddar cheese ((Shredded))
  • 4 oz green onions ((Shredded))

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese in a microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
  3. Spread the guacamole in an even layer on the bottom of a large serving dish.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the guacamole layer.
  5. Pour the salsa over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with low-carb chips or vegetables.
