Ingredients
- 20 oz guacamole
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz mayonnaise
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 16 oz salsa
- 10 oz cheddar cheese ((Shredded))
- 4 oz green onions ((Shredded))
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese in a microwave for 20-30 seconds.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
- Spread the guacamole in an even layer on the bottom of a large serving dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the guacamole layer.
- Pour the salsa over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with low-carb chips or vegetables.
