Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup erythritol
- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded dried coconut
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs ((room temperature))
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together all dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and mix together again. Roll out balls with hand and place on a silpat lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
