Keto Chinese Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 1 kilogram pork shoulder (or loin)
- 1 cup chicken broth (or loin)
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce (or loin)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons garlic paste
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 drops liquid (or loin)
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Place the pork in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the pork, ensuring it gets underneath as well.
- Cook on low for 7 hours.
- Shred the pork with a fork and stir through the sauce, cooking for a further 30 - 60 minutes until the sauce has thickened to your liking, or eat it straight away.
