Keto Chinese Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork shoulder ((or loin))
  • 1 cup chicken broth ((or loin))
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce ((or loin))
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 drop liquid ((or loin))
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Place the pork in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the pork, ensuring it gets underneath as well.
  3. Cook on low for 7 hours.
  4. Shred the pork with a fork and stir through the sauce, cooking for a further 30 - 60 minutes until the sauce has thickened to your liking, or eat it straight away.
