Keto Chinese Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 1 kg pork shoulder ((or loin))
- 1 cup chicken broth ((or loin))
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce ((or loin))
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 drop liquid ((or loin))
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Place the pork in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the pork, ensuring it gets underneath as well.
- Cook on low for 7 hours.
- Shred the pork with a fork and stir through the sauce, cooking for a further 30 - 60 minutes until the sauce has thickened to your liking, or eat it straight away.
