Ingredients

  • 8 oz cheddar cheese ((or provolone cheese or edam cheese, in slices))
  • 2 oz butter

Instructions

  1. Place the cheese slices on a large cutting board.
  2. Slice butter with a cheese slicer or cut really thin pieces with a knife. Cover every cheese slice with butter and roll up.
  3. Serve as a snack.
