Ingredients

  • 227 g grass-fed butter ((organic, at room temperature))
  • 227 g cream cheese ((organic, at room temperature))
  • 6 tbsp Swerve Sweetener (confectioners to taste*)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 g evaporated cane juice ((organic, at room temperature))

Instructions

  1. Add the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract to a bowl.
  2. Cream the mixture with an electric mixer until evenly combined and super smooth.
  3. Start by adding just two tablespoons of Pyure, adding more if necessary to taste.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
