Keto Buffalo Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked chicken ((shredded))
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup franks ((shredded))
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 1/4 cup celery ((shredded))
  • 1 tbsp blue cheese dressing ((shredded))

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced celery and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the cream cheese in small chunks, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in the Frank's hot sauce and shredded cooked chicken.
  6. Pour in the half and half and stir to combine. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Ladle into bowls and top with a drizzle of blue cheese dressing before serving.
