Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked chicken ((shredded))
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup franks ((shredded))
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/4 cup celery ((shredded))
- 1 tbsp blue cheese dressing ((shredded))
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced celery and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cream cheese in small chunks, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the Frank's hot sauce and shredded cooked chicken.
- Pour in the half and half and stir to combine. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Ladle into bowls and top with a drizzle of blue cheese dressing before serving.
