Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese ((shredded))
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 pinch salt ((shredded))
  • 6 strip cooked bacon
  • 4 sausage links ((shredded))
  • 2 sliced ham ((shredded))
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400, grease a cast iron pan.For the dough- Mix cream cheese and mozzarella together in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Stir and heat additional 20 seconds until melted and mixing smoothly.
  3. Add beaten eggs to almond flour, mix well.
  4. Combine with the cheese mixture and work until a dough is formed.
  5. Push dough into cast iron skillet (like you would for a deep dish pizza).
  6. Poke holes to avoid air bubbles.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Making the pizza- Pour beaten eggs over the dough, top with all meats and cheeses.
  9. Return to the oven to bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until set up and golden.
  10. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
