Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef ((or turkey))
  • 1 small onion ((or turkey))
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground meat with grated onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and put them on a baking sheet.
  4. Put keto meatballs in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
