Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado (3-4 oz)
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp ginger ((3-4 oz))
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp lemon juice ((3-4 oz))
  • 1 cup crushed ice ((3-4 oz))

Instructions

  1. Add the first 6 ingredients to a blender and blend on low-speed until smooth.
  2. Add crushed ice and sweetener.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness and tartness per your taste buds.
  5. Makes 2 avocado smoothies.
