Ingredients
- 1 cup red cabbage ((shredded))
- 1 cup green cabbage ((shredded))
- 1/4 cup scallions ((shredded))
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 cup noodles ((shredded))
- 1/4 cup peanuts ((shredded))
- 2 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp wheat free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce ((shredded))
- 1/4 cup peanut butter ((shredded))
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp sweetener ((shredded))
Instructions
- Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl.Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a blender or magic bullet.Blend until smooth.Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Do not freeze.
