Homemade Coconut Butter

Ingredients

  • 3 cup unsweetened shredded dried coconut ((shredded coconut will also work))

Instructions

  1. Preparation Add 3 cups of the coconut into the bowl of a clean and dry food processor.
  2. Pulse for several minutes, then stop and scrape down the sides.
  3. Continue pulsing until you get a creamy consistency.
  4. It could take 12-15 minutes, depending on your food processor.
  5. Store at room temperature in a glass jar up for at least a month (mine never lasts that long!)
