Greek Chicken - Paleo

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves ((boneless, skinless))
  • 1/2 olive oil ((boneless, skinless))
  • 3 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary ((boneless, skinless))
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano ((boneless, skinless))
  • 4 lemon (2 juiced

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken until it's uniformly thin In a glass dish mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano and juice of 2 lemons juice.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in the mixture and cover.
  3. Marinated the chicken for 2 days, or at least overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill for high heat.
  5. Oil the grill grates well Cut the remaining 2 lemons in half Grilled the chicken for 3 1/2 minutes per side.
  6. Discard the marinade.
  7. Place the 4 lemon halfs fruit side down on the grill and serve with the chicken.
  8. Tips & tricks I garnished the platter with the grilled lemon halves and sprigs of fresh rosemary.
