Ingredients

  • 2 scoop sorbet ((Watermelon, 80g / 2.8 oz))
  • 1/4 cup strawberries ((Watermelon, 80g / 2.8 oz))
  • 1 jigger gold tequila
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • lime (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries ((Watermelon, 80g / 2.8 oz))
  • 1/2 cup watermelon ((Watermelon, 80g / 2.8 oz))
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 6 drop stevia extract ((Watermelon, 80g / 2.8 oz))

Instructions

  1. If you have Watermelon Sorbet, take it out of the freezer 20-30 minutes before you start preparing your Margarita and leave at room temperature.
  2. Put a cocktail glass in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
  3. This will keep your drink cooler for longer.
  4. Place all the ingredients in a blender that can handle ice and pulse until smooth.
  5. Remove the glass from the freezer and spread some lime juice on the rim of your glass.
  6. Put the salt into a shallow plate and rim the glass in it.
  7. Garnish with a slice of lime and serve immediatelly.
