Ingredients
- 12 pcs large mushrooms
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems, creating a hollow cavity in each cap.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them generously.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
