Ingredients

  • 12 pcs large mushrooms
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems, creating a hollow cavity in each cap.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them generously.
