Fat-Burning Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise ((you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz))
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard ((you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz))
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil ((you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz))
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp herbs ((you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz))
  • 1/2 garlic powder ((you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz))
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder ((you can make your own, 55 g / 1.9 oz))
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Peel and crush the garlic.
  2. Put the mayo, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, olive oil and MCT oil in a jar.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add finely chopped herbs (I used parsley).
  5. Cover with a lid and shake until well combined.
  6. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
  7. Shake well before drizzling over salads.
