Easy Keto Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cole slaw mix ((with small amount of carrots))
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Swerve Sweetener (confectioners)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preparation Add all the ingredients except the cole slaw mix, into a mixing bowl and whisk together, until well combined.
  2.   Add your cabbage mix to a bowl large enough to toss and pour the dressing over the top.
  3. Toss to combine and either serve or chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, so the cabbage can absorb the flavors of the dressing.
