Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter ((softened))
  • 1 cup sweetener ((softened))
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour ((softened))
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder ((softened))
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sweetener until fluffy.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, alternating with the almond milk, until smooth.
  6. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
