Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter ((softened))
- 1 cup sweetener ((softened))
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour ((softened))
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder ((softened))
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and sweetener until fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, alternating with the almond milk, until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
