Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter ((softened))
- 1 cup sweetener ((softened))
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour ((softened))
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder ((softened))
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sweetener until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and xanthan gum.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the almond milk, and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
