Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter ((softened))
  • 1 cup sweetener ((softened))
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour ((softened))
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder ((softened))
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sweetener until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and xanthan gum.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the almond milk, and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
