DELICIOUS Sugar-Free, Low Carb Berry & Vanilla Jello Ring Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1/3 oz sugar free Jell-O Gelatin
  • 1 cup water ((boiling))
  • 2 tbsp powdered gelatin
  • 3 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.35 g raspberries ((boiling))

Instructions

  1. Berry JelloOpen the sachets of jello and pour the contents into a heatproof jug.Add the cup of boiling water and stir well.
  2. Ensuring that the jello is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the cold water.Pour into a square container lined with cling film and place in the fridge to set for 1 hour.Once the jello has set, cut it into large cubes and set aside.
