Crustless Quiche (Keto Quiche)

Ingredients
- 80 ml heavy whipping cream
- 80 g cheddar cheese
- 100 g chicken breasts ((Cooked and Chopped, you can use any shredded chicken really))
- 20 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 5 g chives ((Cooked and Chopped, you can use any shredded chicken really))
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Beat the eggs and cream in a bowl along with the salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika.
- Add in the cheese, chicken, chives and sun dried tomatoes and mix well.
- Grease a baking dish or quiche dish with butter and pour in the mixture.
- Cook at 190 C for 15-20 minutes till the quiche is cooked all the way through.
- Cut and serve.
