Crustless Quiche (Keto Quiche)

Ingredients

  • 80 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 80 g cheddar cheese
  • 100 g chicken breasts ((Cooked and Chopped, you can use any shredded chicken really))
  • 20 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 5 g chives ((Cooked and Chopped, you can use any shredded chicken really))
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and cream in a bowl along with the salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika.
  2. Add in the cheese, chicken, chives and sun dried tomatoes and mix well.
  3. Grease a baking dish or quiche dish with butter and pour in the mixture.
  4. Cook at 190 C for 15-20 minutes till the quiche is cooked all the way through.
  5. Cut and serve.
