Cottage Cheese Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tbsp celery, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
- Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the bowl.
- Add the yellow mustard, chopped celery, and dill to the mixture.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Mix everything well until combined and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
