Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tbsp celery, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
  2. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the bowl.
  3. Add the yellow mustard, chopped celery, and dill to the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Mix everything well until combined and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
