Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp oil ((or extra virgin coconut oil))
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds ((or extra virgin coconut oil))
  • 1/4 cup vanilla ((or extra virgin coconut oil))

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk, water, ice cubes, oil, cinnamon, chia seeds, and vanilla to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Let sit for 2 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken slightly.
  4. Blend again briefly and pour into a glass.
  5. Sprinkle with a dusting of extra cinnamon on top and serve.
