Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp oil ((or extra virgin coconut oil))
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds ((or extra virgin coconut oil))
- 1/4 cup vanilla ((or extra virgin coconut oil))
Instructions
- Add the coconut milk, water, ice cubes, oil, cinnamon, chia seeds, and vanilla to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Let sit for 2 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken slightly.
- Blend again briefly and pour into a glass.
- Sprinkle with a dusting of extra cinnamon on top and serve.
