Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1 cup coconut (shreds)
  • 1/3 cup sweetener (shreds)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut (shreds)
  • 1/3 cup sweetener (shreds)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs (shreds)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high for 1 minute, or until fully blended.
  • For garnish, place cinnamon at the bottom of the silicone mold.
  • Spoon mixture into the silicone molds and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until completely solid.
