Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1 cup coconut ((shreds))
  • 1/3 cup sweetener ((shreds))
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs ((shreds))

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high for 1 minute, or until fully blended.
  2. For garnish, place cinnamon at the bottom of the silicone mold.
  3. Spoon mixture into the silicone molds and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until completely solid.
