Cinnamon Coconut Keto Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 1 cup coconut ((shreds))
- 1/3 cup sweetener ((shreds))
- 1 1/2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs ((shreds))
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high for 1 minute, or until fully blended.
- For garnish, place cinnamon at the bottom of the silicone mold.
- Spoon mixture into the silicone molds and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until completely solid.
