Cilantro Lime Grilled Pork Chops – Keto

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder ((chipotle))
  • 1 tsp erythritol
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 tbsp jalapeno chilies ((chipotle))
  • 2 boneless pork chops ((chipotle))

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Place pork chops in resealable plastic bag.
  3. Pour marinade over pork chops.
  4. Seal bag and marinade at least 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat grill until hot.
  6. Reduce heat to medium low.
  7. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill on once side for 7 minutes.
  8. Flip pork chops and cook another 7-9 minutes, until internal temperature registers to 145 degrees.
  9. Remove from grill and set aside.
