  • 8 oz portobello mushrooms ((I use Pinot Grigio))
  • 1/4 medium onion ((I use Pinot Grigio))
  • 2 clove garlic ((I use Pinot Grigio))
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
