- 8 oz portobello mushrooms ((I use Pinot Grigio))
- 1/4 medium onion ((I use Pinot Grigio))
- 2 clove garlic ((I use Pinot Grigio))
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
