- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 10 slices bacon
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 425°F 2.
- Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper to your liking 3.
- Line a roasting pan with foil (I used one with a baking rack) 4.
- Wrap the pork tenderloin with bacon 5.
- Place bacon wrapped pork loin in the roasting pan 6.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155°F 7.
- Broil to crisp bacon if needed or desired 8.
- Remove from oven and cover roasting pan with foil 9.
- Leave covered for 10 minutes before slicing (internal temp should be up to 160°F) 10.
- Slice and serve!
