Bacon Egg and Kale Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon
  • 12 medium eggs
  • 1 bunch kale (chopped)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray non-stick spray in 12 muffin tins.Wrap each piece of bacon inside the sides of each muffin cup.Fill each cup with a bit of kale and crack egg on top.Use salt and pepper to your liking!Bake for 20 minutes.Use a knife to scoop them out of the tins.
