Ingredients

  • 3 hard boiled eggs ((large, cut in half))
  • 1 avocado (large)
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cilantro
  • 1 pinch garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Remove the cooked yolks from the hard boiled eggs into a bowl.Add avocado and remaining ingredients, then mash together with a fork.Scoop out mixture into egg halves.Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
