5-Ingredient Pecan Pie Bread!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp cider ((Fire, code: lilsipper I like their African Bronze for this recipe but any will do.))

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • pecans as needed (pieces)
  • coconut butter ((Fire, code: lilsipper I like their African Bronze for this recipe but any will do.))
  • raw honey ((Fire, code: lilsipper I like their African Bronze for this recipe but any will do.))

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add baking soda and Fire Cider and let fizz.

  3. Add eggs and mix with an electric mixer until eggs fluff (about 2-3 minutes).

  5. Next, add pecan and coconut flour and continue mixing.

  7. Line a standard sized bread loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in batter.

  9. Top with pecan pieces and bake at 350 F.
  10. for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  12. Drizzle entire loaf with melted coconut butter and raw honey.
  13. *I personally froze the bread before drizzling so the coconut butter would harden immediately then stored it in the fridge
