2 Minute Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

• 1 cup whipping cream ((heavy/))
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tsp liquid sweetener ((heavy/))

Instructions

1. Dump all those ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat for 2-3 minutes until your mixture thickens.
2. It will first turn frothy, so keep mixing.
3. It will eventually thicken up.
