2 Ingredient Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs
- 100 grams dark chocolate (85% Plus, chopped)
- 1/3 cup mascarpone
- Set up a double boiler by bringing a pot of water up to a simmer.
- When simmering, place a microwave proof bowl over the water, ensuring that it's not touching.
- Add the chopped chocolate and mascarpone.
- Allow to melt gently and stir regularly.
- Once melted, carefully remove the bowl and allow to cool slightly.
- When cool enough to handle, fill a candy mold with the chocolate mixture.
- Place into the fridge to harden and then pop out the chocolate fat bombs from the mold and enjoy
