  • 2 tbsp almond milk ((Low Carb))
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 5 drop liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine the egg, protein powder, almond milk, heavy cream, and liquid stevia.
  2. Whisk vigorously with a fork until smooth and no lumps remain.
  3. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds until the brownie is puffed and set.
  4. Let cool for 1 minute — the center should be slightly molten.
  5. Enjoy straight from the mug with a spoon.
