- 2 tbsp almond milk ((Low Carb))
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 5 drop liquid stevia
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the egg, protein powder, almond milk, heavy cream, and liquid stevia.
- Whisk vigorously with a fork until smooth and no lumps remain.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds until the brownie is puffed and set.
- Let cool for 1 minute — the center should be slightly molten.
- Enjoy straight from the mug with a spoon.
