Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dill
Instructions
- Peel and grate one cucumber into a mixing bowl.
- Grate your cucumber Add a cup of plain Greek yogurt.
- Squeeze some garlic and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Add everything! Mix it up really well and garnish with some parsley.
- Enjoy!
