Toasted Coconut Fat Bombs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut butter ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
- 1/4 cup grass-fed butter ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
- 1/4 cup organic coconut oil ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
- 20 drop sweetener ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
- 20 drop liquid stevia ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
- unsweetened shredded dried coconut
Instructions
- Preparation Add the toasted coconut butter, butter, coconut oil, stevia and vanilla to a bowl and mix using a hand mixer until well combined.
- Pour into silicone mini muffin molds (or an ice cube tray) and place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
- Remove and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
