Toasted Coconut Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
  • 1/4 cup grass-fed butter ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
  • 1/4 cup organic coconut oil ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
  • 20 drop sweetener ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
  • 20 drop liquid stevia ((toasted, see my homemade recipe here))
  • unsweetened shredded dried coconut

Instructions

  1. Preparation Add the toasted coconut butter, butter, coconut oil, stevia and vanilla to a bowl and mix using a hand mixer until well combined.
  2. Pour into silicone mini muffin molds (or an ice cube tray) and place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
  3. Remove and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
