- 3/4 tsp garlic powder ((melted))

- 96 g almond flour
- 21 g coconut flour
- 2 tbsp psyllium husks
- 1 tsp active dry yeast ((melted))
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum ((melted))
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 tbsp water
- 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese ((melted))
Instructions
- For the garlic toppingMix melted butter, dried basil (or herb of choice), garlic (to taste) and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
