Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter ((melted))
  • 2 tsp dried basil ((melted))
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder ((melted))
  • kosher salt ((melted))
  • 96 g almond flour
  • 21 g coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast ((melted))
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum ((melted))
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese ((melted))

Instructions

  1. For the garlic toppingMix melted butter, dried basil (or herb of choice), garlic (to taste) and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Set aside.
