Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 7 tbsp pico de gallo ((Fresh Avocado, recipe here))
Instructions
- Add 1 cup water to your pot Add everything except Fresh Avocado Pico De Gallo to your blender and blend til smooth Spoon 1 tablespoon of Fresh Avocado Pico De Gallo into each cup of your mold (see helpful tools area for the mold.
- Evenly divide the egg mixture into the cups of your silicone mold Place mild in your pot (you will need a sling to get it out see helpful tools area) Put on and lock your lid making sure the valve is closed Press steam button and adjust to 10 minutes When you hear the beep, let it NR (natural release) for 10 minutes then release remaining pressure Remove and allow to cool for a few minutes Serve topped with extra cheese, Fresh Avocado Pico De Gallo and salt and pepper to taste
