Romaine Tacos

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup onions ((chopped))
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1 cup cheese
- sour cream
- taco sauce ((chopped))
- romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 lemon (squeezed)
- 1 pinch cilantro
- 1 dash milk
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Instructions
- Cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked.While meat is cooking mix ingredients for avocado dressing.Drain meat then stir in water and taco seasoning.Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Scoop meat in a romaine leaf and top with desired toppings, sour cream, taco sauce or salsa, and avocado dressing.
