Raspberry & Chocolate Cheesecake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup full fat cream cheese ((or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz))
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream ((or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz))
  • 1/3 cup raspberries ((or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz))
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder ((or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz))
  • 1/2 cup water ((or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz))
  • 1 tbsp oil ((or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz))
  • 5 drop stevia extract ((or creamed coconut milk, 60 g/ 2.1 oz))

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender: heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, raspberries, cacao powder, water, MCT oil, ...
  2. and optionally a few drops of stevia.
  3. I used Chocolate Raspberry stevia from SweetLeaf.
  4. Pulse until smooth and frothy.
  5. Pour in a glass with some ice and enjoy!
