Raspberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (ripe
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar ((ripe, peeled and pit removed))
  • 1/2 cup raspberries ((ripe, peeled and pit removed))

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the water, lemon juice, sugar, and raspberries.
  3. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
